HAF (Hong Kong – Asia Film Financing Forum) collaborates with Marché du Film, Festival de Cannes to present the "HAF Goes to Cannes" program, and bring five projects from the Work-in-Progress Lab for presentation and pitching. Man Kit designed the "HAF Goes to Cannes" booklet, which was handed out during the presentation.


The redesigned went live.

The Made in New York Media Center by IFP gave the assignment to create a bus shelter ad and New York Times ad that communicates the value proposition of the Media Center and drives membership application with their target audience. The ads should convey the Media Center as a physical co-working space and utilize the dynamic shapes and colors of their branding.


Since February 2015, Man Kit has been working on the branding and visual design of new events and initiatives by IFP to introduce them to the audience.

This year we celebrate the 100th anniversary of Chinese immigration to the Netherlands. In commemoration, Man Kit designed and donated the logo for the Chinese 100 Years in the Netherlands Foundation. The foundation used the logo in their 'Dance of the Lion' in the Dam Square, Amsterdam, where 100 Chinese lions performed.

Humanity House is open! The Humanity House, initiated by the Dutch Red Cross, is a museum that tells the story about normal people under extraordinary circumstances. At Lava, Man Kit worked on the visual identity, launch campaign and interior of the museum. For more information go to and

For the official opening, everybody opened the Humanity House collectively by turning the key in the lock that they have received with the invitation.

As part of the museum experience, the entrance ticket is also a registration form. The Red Cross registers victims of disasters or armed conflicts, and tries to trace missing persons and put them back in touch with their families.

The limited edition Habibi art poster which Man Kit designed with the support of Reza Abedini is now available. Reza Abedini, the internationally renown graphic designer/artist who is famous for his modern Arabic typography, has designed the title for our film which is now featured on our limited edition A1 print (24x33 inches).


The book Ja, ik zit! [Yes, I'm Sitting!] was presented during the 10th year anniversary of BOS [Buddhistic Broadcast Foundation]. The book contains stories of young Buddhists who talk about combining Buddhism with their daily life. Man Kit designed the book cover at Lava.


At Lava, Man Kit is working on the branding and visual identity of Humanity House, an initiative of the Dutch Red Cross. Humanity House is a museum which also function as an education and debate centre that focuses on humanitarian issues.

At Lava, Man Kit worked on the visual identity for the Museum of National History and its live events. The Dutch Museum of National History will get its permanent location in a few years. In the meantime, the museum will start its communication of live events and online activities under the name INNL. At the end of December 2009, INNL was presented to the press. The VPRO Annual Report 2006 is finished. The Annual Report shows who the VPRO is after 80 years with a focus on the present-day identity of the organization. The cover celebrates VPRO's 80th anniversary while reflecting that individuals faced challenges within the changing organization in 2006. The book has a dual appearance. First, the year annual is a picture gallery holding portraits of VPRO's employees. Its second purpose is revealed when the pages, held together with Japanese binding, are torn apart to reveal the year annual data. In this way, there are two ways to look back on VPRO in 2006.
